Summary of Job Description

This role is responsible for executing public relations (PR) activities to enhance the company’s visibility and reputation. The position focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with media partners, managing the company’s public image, and increasing share of voice (SOV) across key channels. Additionally, the role supports Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives by acting as a sub–Person-in-Charge (sub-PIC), contributing to the planning and implementation of community engagement activities.

Job Descriptions

Major Duties:

• Issue press releases for product, corporate news to media, website and internal channels

• Coordinate with other departments, agencies in related product launch, marketing and branding events to deploy PR activities

• Initiate, lead PR projects by working with related departments, agencies and media

• Organize and support media trip, test drive, press conference

• Manage company reputation through active and quick response regarding media communication

• Prepare BOD speech

Minor Duties:

• CSR: Involve in CSR activities when requested (sub-organizer, supporter)

• Administration: contracts, payments, internal company approvals

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree with major in Public Relation, Marketing, Communication, Economics, Automotive

• Experience: Having at least 2-3 years of working experience (prefer in automotive industry)

• Knowledge: Automotive industry knowledge (product, market knowledge)

• Skills: Writing (both English & Vietnamese), relationship building, multi-task handling
