Service Engineer (Engine)

• Provide professional and timely customer support for engine troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance activities
• Utilize specialized tools, diagnostic software, and standard procedures to perform engine diagnostics, basic repairs, disassembly/assembly, and maintenance services
• Collaborate closely with technicians and customer service teams to ensure efficient service operations and escalate complex technical issues when required
• Prepare and submit accurate service reports, warranty claims, and high-quality technical documentation upon completion of service activities
• Apply basic electrical and mechanical knowledge to diagnose and repair diesel engines and power generators safely and efficiently
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) standards while maintaining tools and equipment in proper working condition
• Participate in on-call rotations and work overtime as required by business operations

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering/ Dynamic Mechanics from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology or HCMC University of Technology & Education
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience required
• Basic knowledge of and/or hands-on experience with engine products (minimum 2 years)
• Ability to disassemble and assemble engines
• Experience working in diesel engine service companies is preferred
