Regulatory Affairs Specialist (Temporary 6 Months)

• Update and issue Company Standards and Declarations of Applied Standards for approximately 300 product sets.
• Draft and publish new Declarations of Applied Standards and Company Standards for chemical products (around 1,000 active items).
• Prepare and update regulatory documentation for imported food products (approximately 60 items), ensuring compliance with applicable standards.
• Upload and maintain Company Standards documentation on the Ministry of Science and Technology database system.
• Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and aligned with regulatory requirements.
• Maintain proper filing, tracking, and version control of regulatory documents.

• Experience in regulatory affairs or admin functions is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Good English reading and writing skills (able to understand technical/regulatory documents).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented, careful, and highly responsible in handling documentation.
• Strong work ethic with the ability to handle repetitive and high-volume tasks.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields (e.g., Food Technology, Chemistry, Regulatory Affairs, Business Administration, or related disciplines).
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in administrative or documentation-related roles.
