Service Engineer

Function Purpose:

Service Engineer is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment and systems while providing technical support and ensuring optimal performance.

Main tasks:

• Installation and commissioning of new equipment and systems to ensure proper functionality

• Troubleshooting and repairing faults in machinery, electrical systems, or IT equipment

• Preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment

lifespan

• Monitoring equipment performance and recommending improvements or upgrades

• Providing technical support and training to clients and end-users on safe and effective equipment use

• Documenting service activities through detailed reports, including problems identified, solutions applied, and maintenance performed

• Managing inventory of spare parts, tools, and materials, ensuring proper usage and minimal wastage

• Maintaining compliance with health, safety, and company regulations

• Building and maintaining customer relationships through professional

and responsive service

• Others job required by Plant Manager

Yêu cầu công việc

• Technical knowledge in engineering principles, machinery, electronics, or IT systems.

• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to quickly identify and resolve issues.

• Communication and customer service skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.

• Attention to detail and ability to follow safety and quality standards.

• Educational background: Associate or bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field; relevant certifications or licenses are advantageous.

• Additional requirements: Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites.
