Service engineer

Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive
Service Engineer to handle installation, commissioning, maintenance, calibration, repair, and technical support for our equipment. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy hands-on work, problem-solving, and supporting customers in both onsite and remote environments.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Service: Provide Performing Installation, commissioning, training, application support, maintenance, calibration services and repairs for customers.
Provide technical support via onsite visits, phone, and email.
Prepare and update service reports, calibration certificates, and equipment databases.
Coordinate with manufacturers for technical guidance and troubleshooting.
Manage service schedules, tools, spare parts, and workshop.
Ensure excellent customer service and resolve issues efficiently.
Cooperate and coordinate with team members and other departments, in order to offer solutions that fulfill the customer’s needs
Support internal technical projects when required.
Willing to work extra hours to complete tasks and fulfilling customer’s needs.
Ability to be available and on-call 24 hours per day.
Engineer in Degree in Automation, Electrical–Electronics, Mechatronics, or related fields.
More than 1 years of experience in technical service roles, ideally within trading companies dealing with industrial or laboratory equipment.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills; able to work independently under pressure.
Good organizational skills, responsibility, and teamwork mindset.
English proficiency (written & spoken) for technical communication.
Willingness to travel and work flexible hours when required.
