We are looking for a Senior Web Developer to join our Professional Services team and take ownership of existing and new web-based solutions, including AI- and LLM-powered internal applications.

This role combines hands-on software development, technical ownership, client-facing communication, and continuous improvement. You will work closely with international clients and colleagues to understand business needs, design practical technical solutions, and deliver applications independently from requirement clarification through implementation and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

- Take ownership of the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of existing web applications and internal digital solutions.

- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality web applications using ReactJS and modern front-end technologies.

- Build responsive, scalable, maintainable, and user-friendly interfaces with a strong focus on performance and user experience.

- Develop and integrate REST APIs and backend services to support web applications and business solutions.

- Work directly with international clients to understand business requirements, clarify needs, discuss technical options and trade-offs, and deliver solutions independently without relying on a Project Manager or Technical Lead for day-to-day technical direction.

- Translate business requirements into practical technical solutions and communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Develop and integrate AI/LLM-powered features and applications, using technologies such as LLM APIs, prompt engineering, RAG, AI agents, or other relevant approaches.

- Apply AI-assisted development tools and workflows to improve development efficiency, code quality, testing, documentation, and productivity.

- Review and improve existing codebases through refactoring, performance optimization, testing, documentation, and application of software development best practices.

- Collaborate with data engineers, data analysts, designers, and other cross-functional team members to deliver integrated solutions.

- Identify technical risks, proactively solve problems, and recommend improvements to existing solutions and development processes.

- Stay current with emerging web, AI, and software development technologies and evaluate their practical application to business solutions.

REQUIRED SKILLS

- 4+ years of professional experience in web/software development, with strong hands-on experience in front-end development.

- Strong practical experience with ReactJS, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.

- Solid understanding of modern front-end architecture, component-based development, responsive web design, and web application performance.

- Experience building, maintaining, and improving production web applications.

- Practical experience working with REST APIs and backend integrations.

- Familiarity with at least one backend technology such as Node.js, Python, or similar is preferred.

- Practical experience with AI/LLM technologies, such as LLM APIs, prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, AI agents, or AI-powered application development.

- Experience using AI-assisted software development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, or equivalent tools, with the ability to use them effectively while maintaining code quality and engineering standards.

- Good understanding of software development practices including Git, code review, testing, debugging, documentation, and version control.

- Excellent English communication skills, with the confidence to independently communicate with international clients in meetings, requirement discussions, technical discussions, and solution presentations.

- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down ambiguous business requirements into practical technical solutions.

- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.

- Strong sense of ownership and accountability for the solutions you develop and maintain.

NICE TO HAVE

- Experience working directly with international or overseas clients.

- Experience with OpenAI, OpenAI API, or other commercial/open-source LLM platforms.

- Practical experience with RAG, vector databases, embeddings, AI agents, or LLM-based workflow automation.

- Experience with TypeScript, Next.js, or other modern React frameworks.

- Experience with databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar.

- Experience optimizing web application performance, scalability, and maintainability.

- Experience taking ownership of an existing application or codebase and leading its technical evolution.

- Passion for emerging technologies, particularly AI and modern software development, and the ability to evaluate new technologies from a practical business perspective.
