Mission:

• Develop and operate the shared digital platform that serves as the foundation for the Group’s entire multi-industry technology ecosystem.

What You Will Do

• Core Product Development: Directly drive the development of core systems, including Web/SuperApp, Loyalty Platform, Booking Engine, Telemedicine App, Student Portal/LMS, and E-commerce/Marketplace.
• Experience Optimization: Support multi-channel digital application architecture; ensure seamless user experience (UX/UI) consistency and module reusability across the entire system.

Your Skills and Experience

Your Profile

• Experience: 8–12 years in software development, with at least 3 years in a Tech Lead / Head of Engineering role for large-scale digital products.
• System Mindset: Proven capability in planning and operating shared technology platforms that serve a massive user base.

Preferred Qualifications (Big Plus)

• Hands-on experience with SuperApps, multi-service platforms, Microservices architecture, and high-traffic products.
• Professional certifications: AWS/Azure Developer Associate; Certified Scrum Master (CSM) / Professional Scrum Master (PSM); UX/UI certifications.
