Senior Technical Trainer | Hybrid Flexible Working Time (VN26011)

As a Training Senior, you will coordinate and deliver professional training programs with a focus on fund administration and accounting services, ensuring that our staff gain both technical and practical skills aligned with international standards and firm procedures.
Coordinate and deliver internal training programs in accounting and fund administration.
Review engagement standard operating procedure to ensure training materials reflect current operational practices.
Prepare and present technical updates based on new regulations and industry developments.
Evaluate training effectiveness and collect feedback for continuous improvement.

3-5 years of experience accounting, auditing or fund administration field.
Good presentation and communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
Strong willingness to learn new technical topics and translate them into practical training content.
Experience in delivering internal training sessions is an advantage.
Pursuing or holding a professional qualification (ACCA, CPA Australia) is a plus.
