I) Drive New Business Growth

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with manufacturers, factories, and industrial partners.

• Present and sell Zeta Motion's AI-powered Quality Control and Computer Vision solutions to manufacturing customers.

• Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and customer meetings to proposal submission, negotiation, and deal closure.

• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by analyzing market trends and identifying new opportunities.

II) Relationship Management

• Develop long-term relationships with key decision-makers, including factory owners, operations managers, and quality control teams.

• Collaborate with internal technical teams to deliver tailored AI inspection solutions that meet customer requirements.

• Track sales performance, prepare forecasts, and provide regular updates to management.

What You Bring (Requirements)

• Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B Sales or Business Development.

• Experience in Manufacturing, Industrial Automation, AI Solutions, Machine Vision, or Software/IT is preferred.

• Strong network within manufacturing or industrial sectors is a significant advantage.

• Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of managing complex B2B sales cycles.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Professional proficiency in English is required.

• Basic understanding of AI, computer vision, or industrial automation technologies is preferred.
