Senior Supply Planner

I. RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Coordinate with Demand Planning and relevant departments to have the master production schedule MPS, highlight the fluctuation numbers that impacted to inventory.
2. In charge of Material Requirement Planning MRP (materials, packaging, chemical) based on stock optimization policy, optimize slow moving stock or out of stock.
3. Coordinate with procurement to ensure goods availability for production and also solve the return goods to suppliers.
4. Follow up new project development and coordinate closely with other departments to ensure products are launched on time.
5. Monitor and evaluate suppliers delivery performance against procurement plan.
6. Propose process improvement, stock policy, ERP system improvement to enhance data accuracy to increase working capability.
8. Periodic goods status reports as assigned by company and Head of department.
II.
AUTHORITY:
- Provide feedback and suggestions for evaluating and selecting suppliers to Sourcing team based on On Time In Full (OTIF) data.
-To set up delivery schedule, receive or reject material in some cases of decision scope
-Collaborate closely with other departments to gather information, implement plans, and resolve any issues that arise.
Education: BA of Economic, Supply Chain,..
Experience: at least 5 years in Supply Planning
Other skills: Good communication, excellent in data analysis, inventory management, familiar with ERP system and manufacturing environment
