• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, Business, or related field

• Minimum 10–15 years’ experience in supply chain, logistics, or warehouse operations

• Prior people-management or supervisory experience needed, leader of teams

• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP is an advantage)

• Experience in chemical distribution, industrial logistics, or regulated environments is a plus

• Strong operational mindset, problem-solving skills, and stakeholder management ability
