Senior Software Engineer

Design, develop, and operate scalable backend services, Microservices, and RESTful APIs for production systems.
Take technical ownership of key modules, from solution design and development to performance optimization and production support.
Work with
SQL/NoSQL databases and complex data flows, ensuring performance, security, and data reliability.
Drive engineering quality through code reviews, testing, CI/CD, monitoring, and root-cause analysis.
Collaborate with Product, BA, QA, and Engineering teams and contribute to technical design, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.
Explore and implement
Data & AI solutions to solve real business and engineering problems.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of Software Engineering experience, with strong hands-on experience in backend development and production systems.
Strong proficiency in at least one backend technology:
Java/Spring Boot, Python/FastAPI, or Node.js.
Strong understanding of system design, RESTful APIs, Microservices, SQL/NoSQL databases, performance, and scalability.
Proficiency with
Git, Docker, and CI/CD, with strong problem-solving and code review skills.
Strong ownership mindset and ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams.
Nice to Have
Experience with
GenAI/LLM, RAG, AI Agents, Machine Learning, Data Pipelines/ETL, Vector Databases, Cloud/Kubernetes, monitoring, or application security is a plus.
