Tuyển dụng Senior Site Engineer/ Kỹ Sư Xây Dựng Giám Sát Công Trường tại Bình Dương

• On-site Supervision: Oversee daily construction activities to ensure they comply with approved drawing, specifications, and relative laws

• Quality Control: Inspect construction materials, equipment, and workmanship. Identify and resolve defects.

• Coordinate with EMD / Sales team... or others team to the handover of project.

• Schedule Management: Monitor the project timeline, coordinate contractors, and report any potential delays to the Project Management/ Head of department.

• Safety & Environment: Enforce occupational health and safety (OHS) regulations on-site. Conduct safety briefings and mitigate hazards.

• Documentation: Maintain site logs, daily progress reports, and track any design changes (RFI/variation orders)

Yêu cầu công việc

1. Knowledge (*):

Education & License: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Have relevant professional certificates are a plus.

2. Skills (*):

• Soft Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills to manage workers and collaborate with stakeholders

• Good communication skills in English (often required for FDI projects).

3. Qualities (*):

• Experience: Proven experience in site supervision, preferably handling similar types of construction projects. (Housing /Commercial project…)

• Technical Skills: Ability to read architectural/structural drawings and use project management software (e.g., Office, AutoCAD, MS Project & other software).

• Safety Knowledge: Deep understanding of construction safety standards (e.g., OSHA) and local building regulations.
