Senior Sales/Sales Manager (Freight Forwarding)

Set and track targets consistently for sales activities, client engagement, and service quality.
Develop and execute plans to grow market presence within customer segments, focusing on strategic accounts and A-level customers in various countries.
Ensure the team utilizes Salesforce effectively and keep it as the sole reference for tracking sales activities.
Oversee national business strategies, ensuring successful market penetration.
Execute corporate and country-specific initiatives to align team performance with broader objectives.
Regularly assess KPIs to maintain high productivity and profitability.
Meet sales targets and financial goals for the country.
Manage account receivables carefully to ensure timely payment collection.
Build and maintain relationships with both the international team and clients.
Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve goals, creating a culture of high performance.

University degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
3-8 years of experience as the same position in Freight Forwarding industry, specializing in Air and Sea freight business.
Fluent in English.
