Senior Sales Executive (Cosmetics/ Personal Care Ingredients)

**Major Job

• Drive sales and achieve revenue targets for Cosmetic & Personal Care Ingredients.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with cosmetic and personal care manufacturers.

• Provide product recommendations and technical support on ingredients and their applications.

• Identify new business opportunities and promote new ingredient solutions.

• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

• Prepare sales forecasts, manage pricing, and ensure profitable growth.

Yêu cầu công việc

• At least 3 years of experience in sales of Cosmetic & Personal Care Ingredients.

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related technical field.

• Good Negotiation & Management Skills

• Key Account Management experience

• Strong Decision Making & Problem solving skills

• Good Communication Skill

• Open Minded, Independent, Proactive and Innovative

• Deep expertise in cosmetic formulations, trend forecasting, and profit management.
