Senior Sales Executive

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales goals and objectives.
• Be responsible for managing sales activities, and delivering sales targets.
• Conduct market research and identify potential new customers, industries, and market segments.
• Prospect, qualify, and build a pipeline of new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in prospective customer organizations.
• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of our offerings and convert leads into customers.
• Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
• Provide regular sales forecasts, make business plans, business performance reports to the senior management team.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and stay ahead in the market.
• Other tasks assigned by Manager.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Printing, Packaging, or other relevant fields.
• At least 2 years’ B2B sales experience, preferably in packaging, printing or paper box industries.
• Experience working with large or international customers is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Good command of English (both spoken and written).
• Strong organizational and sales management skills.
• Energetic, results-driven, and customer-focused with a positive attitude.
