A. SPO & Sustainable Bond Framework Assessment

• Lead SPO engagements from framework review to report issuance.

• Assess Green, Social, Sustainability, and Sustainability-Linked Bond Frameworks against ICMA principles, ASEAN Taxonomy, and other relevant standards.

• Review eligible projects, use-of-proceeds management, governance, and reporting commitments.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Accounting, Auditing, Economics, or related fields.

• 3–5 years of experience in risk advisory, auditing, due diligence, banking, or related areas.

• Professional certifications (CFA, ACCA, CPA, VACPA, etc.) are preferred.

• Knowledge of capital markets and corporate bonds; ESG or sustainable finance experience is a plus.

• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
