Business Development (360°)

• Develop new business opportunities and build long-term relationships with clients.
• Conduct client meetings to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment solutions.
• Negotiate commercial terms and manage the full sales cycle.
• Grow existing accounts through cross-selling and repeat business.

Recruitment Delivery

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job briefing to successful placement.
• Source, interview, assess, and present high-quality candidates.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through headhunting, networking, referrals, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Provide clients with market insights, salary benchmarking, and hiring advice.
• Coordinate interviews, offer negotiations, and onboarding.

Relationship Management

• Deliver an exceptional experience for both clients and candidates.
• Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers and senior professionals.
• Act as a trusted recruitment partner by providing consultative hiring solutions.

Team Contribution

• Share market intelligence and best practices with the team.
• Support and mentor junior consultants where appropriate.
• Contribute to achieving individual and team revenue targets.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Recruitment, Sales, or Business Development, preferably within a recruitment agency or professional services environment.
• Strong business development mindset with excellent networking and client relationship management skills.
• Experience recruiting or selling into one or more industries, including Real Estate & Construction, Manufacturing, Industrial, Technology, Hospitality, or Finance & Accounting.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, commercially driven, and results-oriented with a passion for building long-term client relationships.
