Establish QA/QC processes and standardize cross-party collaboration workflows (internal teams & third-party vendors).
Manage release readiness, define deployment checklists, perform QA sign-off before production deployment, coach members, and align closely with Dev Leads, PMs, and external partners.
Lead testing strategies for 3rd-party service integrations, webhooks, and RESTful APIs, etc.
Write scripts to automate API regression testing suites using Postman.
Execute PostgreSQL queries for data verification, schema validation, and backend data integrity checks.
Yêu cầu:
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a Senior QA or QA Lead role with a proven track record of establishing QA processes and test frameworks from scratch.
Solid hands-on experience testing third-party vendor services, webhooks, authentication flows (OAuth2/SAML), and external RESTful APIs.
Proficiency in REST API testing with Postman, including strong ability to write JavaScript test scripts in Postman for automated API regression suite execution. Familiarity Swagger specifications, and mock services.
Experience working with PostgreSQL (writing SQL queries for backend data verification and schema checks).
Thorough understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, bug lifecycle management, test plan creation, and structured test case design.
Experience defining deployment checklists, managing release readiness, and conducting QA sign-offs before production release.
Proven experience designing and standardizing collaboration/testing processes when working with multiple cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external third-party vendors.
Ability to audit existing manual testing workflows, spot gaps, and implement scalable QA standards.
Strong capacity to plan sprint testing activities, assign tasks based on individual capabilities, and track overall quality metrics.
High ownership, willingness to challenge outdated practices, and drive continuous quality improvements.
Intermediate English communication skills, with the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Nice to have:
Having capability to design, plan, and contribute to establishing an end-to-end Automation Testing Process & Roadmap from scratch for a team with no existing automation setup, utilizing Playwright.
Experience with integrating automated test suites (Postman/Playwright) into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
Knowledge of evaluating Core Web Vitals (LCP, INP, CLS) and using web performance profiling tools (Lighthouse, Chrome DevTools).
Practical experience with load, stress, and endurance testing for third-party endpoints using JMeter, k6, or Locust.

Basic salary: It will be based on the ability of the candidate and the general salary framework set by the company.
Salary review based on performance every 6 months if your basic salary is less than 30,000,000 VND. If your basic salary is from 30,000,000 VND, it will be reviewed every year
