Senior QC Engineer

We are developing a Fintech Platform & Payment Gateway System designed to handle secure, high-volume financial transactions for businesses across various industries.

The platform enables end-to-end payment processing, including payment gateway integration, transaction management, reconciliation, and compliance with financial regulations. It supports multiple payment methods, real-time processing, and high availability to ensure a seamless and secure user experience.

You will play a key role in ensuring the quality of critical financial features such as transaction flows, payment processing logic, fee calculation, reconciliation, and integration with third-party payment providers. The system requires high accuracy, strong security standards, and performance optimization to meet fintech demands.

Job Responsibilities

• Participate in requirement analysis, clarify business logic, and provide input on testability and estimation
• Design test plans, test cases, and prepare test data
• Execute manual test cases and ensure product quality across modules
• Identify, log, and track defects with clear severity and priority
• Prepare testing reports and documentation
• Collaborate closely with developers, BA, and stakeholders throughout the SDLC
• Support semi-automation testing (API/UI) where applicable
• Apply AI tools to improve testing efficiency (e.g., test case generation, bug analysis)
• Follow customer processes and ensure compliance with project standards

Requirements

• At least 4+ years of experience in Software Testing
• Strong knowledge of manual testing and testing concepts
• Experience with API testing and responsive web testing
• Hands-on experience with Jira or similar tools
• Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environment

Plus:

• Experience in fintech projects or payment gateway systems
• Basic English communication skills (reporting and basic discussion)
• Experience in automation testing (semi-automation is acceptable)
• Familiarity with applying AI tools in testing or daily work

Nice to Have

• Experience in Automation Testing / Performance Testing
• Knowledge of financial systems, payment processing, or high-transaction systems
