Senior Production Controller

JOB SUMMARY

The Production Controller Senior is responsible for managing master data, BOM validation, production costing, and manufacturing order control to ensure data accuracy and effective production planning. This role plays a critical part in maintaining system integrity (ERP/M3), supporting cost accuracy, and enabling efficient manufacturing operations.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage master data and product coding (Trade, FG, RM, sFG), ensuring accuracy and consistency across ERP systems

- Validate and maintain Bills of Materials (BOM), ensuring alignment with actual production processes through cross-functional collaboration

- Monitor and validate scrap rates to ensure accurate planning and costing

- Control and verify Manufacturing Orders (MO) including quantities, materials, routing, and timelines; resolve discrepancies

- Monitor and reconcile production inventory (RM, WIP, FG) to ensure alignment between system and physical stock

- Perform MO costing and analyze variances between actual and standard costs (BOM, scrap rate, routing)

- Maintain and update standard costs; identify root causes of cost deviations

- Ensure overall data accuracy across master data, BOM, MO, and inventory

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data quality and stabilize ERP (M3) processes

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or related fields

EXPERIENCE

- 2–5 years of experience in production planning, production control, or manufacturing costing

- Practical experience in manufacturing environments

- Experience working with ERP systems (preferably M3, SAP, or Oracle)

LANGUAGES

Fluent English (written and spoken)

SKILLS AND COMPETENCES

- Strong analytical and data management skills

- Solid understanding of BOM structure, costing, and production processes

- High attention to detail and data accuracy mindset

- Ability to handle high workload

- Good cross-functional communication and coordination skills

- Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems

- Problem-solving and root cause analysis capability

- Continuous improvement mindset
