Position Overview

The Senior PR & Content Specialist is responsible for developing compelling brand stories and executing integrated communication strategies that enhance ESH's reputation and visibility. This role combines strategic content planning, public relations, media engagement, and community communications to position ESH as one of Vietnam's leading international schools.

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Brand Communications

• Develop and execute integrated content strategies aligned with ESH's branding, admissions, and enrollment objectives.
• Plan and manage the content calendar across social media, website, newsletters, and school communications.
• Create engaging content including articles, interviews, success stories, videos, speeches, campaign messaging, and educational features.
• Ensure consistency of ESH's brand voice and messaging across all communication channels.
• Collaborate closely with Admissions, Academic, Student Affairs, and Marketing teams to produce impactful communication campaigns.

Public Relations & Media Relations

• Build and maintain strong relationships with education media, journalists, editors, education influencers, and community partners.
• Draft press releases, media statements, feature articles, newsletters, and executive communications.
• Coordinate media interviews, press conferences, school visits, and publicity opportunities.
• Promote school achievements, academic excellence, student accomplishments, and institutional milestones through earned media.

Community & Partnership Communications

• Support communication for strategic partnerships with universities, educational organizations, corporate partners, and NGOs.
• Develop communication materials for Memorandums of Understanding (MOU), partnership announcements, and collaborative programs.
• Strengthen relationships with parents, alumni, prospective families, and the wider ESH community through engaging storytelling.
• Support internal communication initiatives that foster school culture and employee engagement.

Events & School Communications

• Lead communication planning for major school events including Open Days, Graduation Ceremonies, Academic Conferences, University Fairs, Student Competitions, and Community Events…
• Coordinate event communication materials, speeches, media invitations, photography, and post-event coverage.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, English, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in PR, Corporate Communications, Content Marketing, or Brand Communications.
• Experience in the education sector or premium service industries is highly preferred.
• Outstanding writing, editing, and storytelling skills in both Vietnamese and English.
• Strong media relations and stakeholder management experience.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong critical thinking, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Experience working with social media platforms, CMS, CRM, and digital content management tools.
• Agency experience is an advantage.
