Senior Partnership Executive (Lương Up To 30M)

Actively seek out and approach potential partners to expand the AWING Ads Network.
Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with partners, ensuring a mutually beneficial collaboration that aligns with AWING’s growth strategy.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the market that can support AWING’s business objectives.
Lead negotiations for partnership agreements, ensuring favorable terms for both parties while aligning with AWING’s strategic goals.
Work closely with the sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure smooth implementation of partnership deals and support partners with necessary resources.
Regularly evaluate partnership performance, ensuring that targets and KPIs are met, and make recommendations for improvement when needed.
Yêu cầu:
Bachelor's degree in any field.
5+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, or a related field.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
