Talent Acquisition Leader

Own end-to-end recruitment for senior and niche positions, with a strong focus on headhunting and market mapping.
Build and maintain a strategic talent pipeline for critical business roles.
Partner closely with leadership teams to define hiring strategies aligned with company growth.
Lead market research, competitor analysis, and candidate intelligence gathering.
Elevate recruitment standards by applying structured methodologies instead of relying only on personal networks.
Yêu cầu:
5+ years experiences in handling end-to-end recruitment, especially for senior or hard-to-fill roles (3+ years experiences in AdTech/ Media/ MarTech/ MKT Agency... Domain).
Proven hunting skills with hands-on experience in mapping talent across industries.
Strong research and market analysis abilities to identify and attract top talent.
Prior experience in the media/tech/Adtech industry is a plus, but not mandatory.
Ability to mentor and guide a small TA team in scaling hiring capabilities.
Proficient in English for professional communication (Equivalent to 6.5 Ielts - Speaking is a plus).
