Senior Online Executive

MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for managing assigned eCommerce channels by driving commercial performance, executing online initiatives, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, and ensuring business execution is aligned with regional, brand, and platform strategies.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1/ Commercial Planning & Business Performance:

• Manage assigned eCommerce channels to deliver sales, profitability, and operational KPIs.

• Execute regional and brand commercial strategies while adapting campaign plans, assortment priorities, and promotional mechanics based on local market insights and business performance.

• Monitor channel performance and identify opportunities to optimize business growth.

2/ Campaign Planning & Execution:

• Lead the planning and execution of commercial campaigns across assigned eCommerce channels, including platform campaigns, brand campaigns, and other commercial initiatives.

• Work closely with platform partners and external stakeholders to maximize visibility and commercial opportunities.

• Lead & coordinate channel-specific activations, including KOL/KOC campaigns, livestream initiatives, promotional mechanics, and campaign readiness where applicable.

• Own the growth and optimization of social commerce and affiliate channels to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and platform sales performance.

• Ensure all commercial activities are executed accurately and on schedule.

3/ Agency & Store Operations Management:

• Manage day-to-day operations through appointed external partners and agencies.

• Cascade business priorities, campaign requirements, brand guidelines, and operational instructions to ensure timely and accurate execution.

• Review and approve campaign setup, promotional mechanics, onsite visibility, creative assets, and operational requests.

• Monitor execution quality and operational KPIs while driving continuous improvements.

4/ Demand Planning & Inventory Management:

• Prepare and maintain monthly sales forecasts based on business demand, campaign plans, and latest business outlook.

• Update forecasts based on changes in business demand, Latest Estimate (LE), and commercial priorities.

• Review monthly replenishment plans and provide business recommendations to ensure sufficient inventory availability.

• Partner with Brand, Demand Planning, and Supply Chain teams to proactively manage inventory risks.

5/ Business Analysis & Reporting:

• Monitor channel performance, campaign effectiveness, and operational KPIs.

• Analyze business performance, identify opportunities and risks, and provide actionable recommendations.

• Prepare regular business updates and performance reports.

6/ Other Tasks:

• Support ad-hoc projects and assignments from the Online Manager as needed.

Experience:<

Experience:

• 2–4 years of experience in eCommerce, digital commerce, marketplace management, or online sales.

• Experience managing one or more eCommerce channels (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Social Commerce) is preferred.

• Experience working with cross-functional teams and external agencies is an advantage.

Knowledge & Skills:

• Good understanding of eCommerce platforms, commercial campaigns, and online business operations.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into business insights and recommendations.

• Good project management and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to work effectively across functions.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, Digital Marketing, or a related field.

Required Languages:

• Good commands of both written and oral presentation in English
