Senior New Product Development (NPD) Planner

JOB SUMMARY
Collaborate with project team (PMG/MPM/ENG/PGP…) to meet new; transfer or new version products launch on time.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES
-Responsible for new materials ( risk buy or risk build suggestion) and capacity planning for inhouse & suppliers
-Foresee supply risk, find solution and take proactive actions to ensure no supply risk and on time delivery.
-In depth suppliers manufacturing processes, tooling, machining and resource capacity study, bottleneck and capacity incremental to meet business needs of new models
-Good work with cross function team and driver team member to perform EB, QB, pilot run to hit the delivery and launch target
Education
• University/College degree
Experience
• More than 3 years PMC experiences.
Knowledge
- Supply chain knowledge, project management
Functional Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, highly pro-active, calm under pressure
- Good oral and written communication skills in English and Mandarin Chinese (approximately HSK 4 level), with the ability to independently communicate and coordinate with overseas customers.
- Re-act to change well, result oriented, self-motivated, committed, independent.
