1. Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Law; master’s degree is a plus.
• Licensed lawyer is preferred.
2. Experience
• Minimum 7–10 years of legal experience, preferably in multinational companies or industrial/manufacturing environments.
• Strong experience in commercial contracts, project contracts and corporate compliance.
• Experience working with Korean or global companies is a strong advantage.
