- Manage end-to-end import–export operations and ensure full compliance with customs regulations.

- Prepare, review, and verify all shipping and customs documents (Invoice, Packing List, C/O, customs declarations, etc.).

- Plan, arrange, and track international shipments by sea, air, and land to ensure on-time delivery.

- Coordinate closely with customs authorities, freight forwarders, and internal teams to ensure smooth clearance and logistics flow.

- Manage C/O, optimize FTA benefits, and maintain updated HS codes and regulatory compliance.

- Control logistics costs, freight charges, cargo insurance, and related payments.

- Support customs audits and promptly resolve any import–export or logistics issues.

- Analyze logistics performance and propose improvements to optimize cost efficiency and tax benefits.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Import-Export, Supply Chain, Business, or related fields.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in import-export, customs, or logistics.

- Good English, especially reading and writing.

- Good Excel and computer skills.

- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
