Senior Legal Specialist

• Review, draft, and negotiate commercial contracts (sales, procurement, projects, etc.)
• Provide legal advice to internal stakeholders (Sales, Project, Procurement, HR, Finance)
• Ensure compliance with Vietnamese laws and internal/global policies
• Identify legal risks and propose mitigation strategies
• Support legal aspects of project execution and business operations
• Liaise with external law firms, authorities, and partners.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• 5–8+ years of legal experience (MNC preferred)
• Strong in contracts & compliance
• Fluent in English (Korean is a plus).
