Architectural Development Architect Lead (Revit)

• Lead the delivery of architectural documentation across all project stages, including concept support, design development, construction documentation, and detailed design.
• Manage and coordinate project teams to ensure high-quality deliverables, timely completion, and compliance with international standards.
• Review and approve architectural drawings, BIM models, technical details, schedules, and project documentation.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor architects and BIM specialists to support their professional development.
• Coordinate closely with international clients, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams throughout project execution.
• Develop and maintain BIM workflows, quality assurance processes, and documentation standards.
• Resolve complex technical and constructability issues while ensuring compliance with project specifications and applicable building codes.
• Support project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and continuous process improvement.
• Contribute to client presentations, technical proposals, and project planning when required.

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in architectural design and project delivery.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale commercial, residential, mixed-use, healthcare, hospitality, or institutional projects. Advanced proficiency in Revit and BIM workflows (AutoCAD and/or Archicad is an advantage).
• Strong understanding of BIM execution planning, model coordination, clash detection, and documentation standards.
• Extensive knowledge of architectural detailing, construction methods, materials, and international documentation standards.
• Demonstrated experience leading project teams and coordinating multidisciplinary consultants.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and project management skills.
• Strong written and spoken English.
