Senior Legal Counsel

- Conduct Legal Due Diligence for investment, M&A, and other strategic transactions of the Group.
- Review, draft, and negotiate transaction documents, including SPA, SHA, Investment Agreements, and other legal documents.
- Lead and support investment and M&A transactions throughout the entire transaction lifecycle
- Identify, assess, and recommend solutions for legal risks, undisclosed liabilities, and unfavorable contractual provisions that may impact the Company's interests and transaction outcomes
University graduation with a bachelor’s degree or higher in law.
At least 5 years of international legal work experience in an in-house office or law firm.
Legal background with experience in transactions, investment, finance, or M&A fields.
High sense of responsibility, enthusiasm, attention to detail, and honesty.
Strong research skills, legal analysis and risk evaluation skills .
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in English, especially in the legal field, is required.
