Senior Legal Assistant

Prepare and complete relevant legal documents, contracts, and licensing applications (business licenses, sub-licenses, sector-specific permits, and related regulatory filings).Handle licensing procedures including application, amendment, re-issuance, and revocation of licenses with competent authorities.
Work directly with the authorities: Department of Finance (DOF), Tax authorities, and relevant licensing bodies.
Provide legal support on applying, registering corporate documents to the competent authorities.
Provide corporate legal advisory services to clients on business operations, compliance, and regulatory matters.
Review and assess clients' legal dossiers, identifying risks and recommending appropriate remedial actions.
Research regulations, laws, and legal articles to assist with the preparation of reports and legal analysis.
Other relating tasks up to direct request.

Graduated from University with Law major or related field.3 - 4 years of working experience in legal field (preferably in a law firm or in consulting service company), with demonstrated experience in licensing and regulatory compliance.
Solid understanding of licensing frameworks across relevant sectors (business, investment, advertising, labor, environment, etc.).Strong research skills.
Ability to work independently.
Good at communication skills (both verbal and written) in both Vietnamese and English, teamwork skills, positive working attitude.
