Mô tả công việc
1.Job Purpose
- To manage and deliver the bank’s portfolio of IT projects, including both traditional projects using Waterfall methodology and customer journey digitization initiatives applying Agile practices.
- To ensure effective planning, execution, monitoring, evaluation, and handover of projects to achieve objectives, timelines, and quality standards.
- To facilitate cross-functional collaboration within the Technology Division and business divisions, ensuring operational consistency in resource management and communication of project outcomes.
2.Key Responsibilities
2.1 Project Management and Implementation
- Participate in business analysis, propose technology solutions, and prepare feasibility reports, business cases, and approval documents for projects.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, project charters, organizational structures, implementation schedules, and performance evaluation criteria.
- Lead the end-to-end execution of assigned projects, managing all aspects including scope, budget, schedule, resources, quality, communication, change, issues, and risks.
- Estimate and allocate project resources, and manage dependencies across projects within Technology and related business areas.
- Regularly assess project status and report progress, risks, and issues to the Project Steering Committee, IT Management, PMO, and relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure active stakeholder engagement and effective collaboration among all project participants.
- Maintain organized records of legal documents, project materials, meeting minutes, and correspondence in compliance with internal regulations.
2.2 Performance Management and Process Improvement
- Implement, improve, and ensure adherence to project management tools and methodologies aligned with the bank’s standards and international best practices.
- Establish and maintain the operating rhythm for performance tracking, evaluation, and lessons learned.
- Contribute to the organization’s knowledge base and repository of project management experiences.
2.3 Research, Innovation, and Capability Development
- Research emerging technologies and stay updated on digital transformation trends in the banking sector.
- Participate in training and knowledge-sharing to enhance team capabilities and overall work efficiency.
- Coordinate or support communication activities to share project transformation results with stakeholders.
2.4 Other Duties
- Perform other project-related tasks as assigned by authorized managers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Business, Finance, Banking, or relevant disciplines.
- Professional project management certification (e.g., PMP, PgMP) is an advantage.
Knowledge and Professional Skills
- Broad understanding of banking operations, business processes, procurement, investment, and tender procedures.
- Solid knowledge of project management methodologies including Waterfall and Agile, with the ability to tailor approaches for large-scale, complex projects.
- Familiarity with critical banking systems (Core Banking, eBanking, Treasury, Data Warehouse, Payment systems, etc.).
- Strong planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and change control skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and teamwork abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office applications.
Experience
- Minimum of 06 years of experience in project or program management in banking or technology environments.
- Proven experience in implementing large-scale IT projects and digital transformation initiatives.
- Preference for candidates with experience in managing mission-critical banking technology projects.
