- Review and reconcile expenses, including software & license costs, based on bank statements and supporting documents.
- Review payment requests/tickets to ensure compliance with internal policies, tax regulations, and payment plans.
- Support fixed asset inventory checks and periodic audit activities.
- Prepare and collect supporting documents for approval.
- Handle other accounting and internal control tasks as assigned.
- Review payroll for Vietnam and other countries such as Romania, India, Thailand, including timesheets, allowances, deductions, etc.
- Ensure payroll is processed accurately and in compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
- Hands-on knowledge of Personal Income Tax (PIT), Social Insurance (SHUI), and other payroll-related regulations is required.
Yêu cầu công việc
- 3+ years’ experience in operations, finance, accounting, audit, or internal control.
- Experience in a tech company is preferred.
- Good understanding of accounting and compliance processes.
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and financial systems.
- Good command of English (written and spoken).
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Audit, or related fields.
- Personal qualities: Meticulous and detail-oriented, honest with high integrity, responsible, and proactive.
