Talent Management & DevelopmentHiring & Onboarding: Collaborate with recruitment to streamline hiring and candidate onboarding.
Performance & Development: Facilitate performance reviews and help managers build departmental development plans.
Training & Growth: Identify training needs and organize learning/leadership development programs.
Retention: Assist in designing career growth and employee retention initiatives.
Employee Engagement & RelationsHR Point of Contact: Resolve complex HR issues (conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, performance feedback).Workplace Culture: Drive engagement through team initiatives, activities, and internal communications.
Coaching: Advise leadership and staff on people management, policies, and best practices.
HR OversightLifecycle Management: Oversee onboarding, internal movements, promotions, and offboarding.
Compliance: Ensure practices align with Vietnam labor laws and company policies.
Data & Optimization: Maintain HR records, track key metrics, and streamline internal workflows.

Proficiency in English is required (equivalent to IELTS 6.5+ or TOEIC 800+).Female candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
From 3 - 4 years of working experience in HR / Administration / Human Operations or other related roles with a strong focus on employee relations.
High emotional intelligence with a people-first mindset and clear communication style.
Trustworthy and aligned with leadership, with strong confidentiality and integrity.
Capable of using data and insights to support decisions and improve HR practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and networking skills.

Salary: VND 20 – 30M/month.
