Senior HR General (Focus C&B)

• Manage the full cycle of talent acquisition, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates for various positions within the company.
• Coordinate and facilitate onboarding and orientation programs for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
• Manage HR operations, including payroll administration, benefits management, and employee records maintenance.
• Handle employee relations issues, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Process work permits and visas for foreign employees, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.
• Stay informed about changes in employment laws and regulations and ensure compliance with all relevant legislation.
• Prepare reports and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Other tasks are assigned by Line manager.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• University graduate, major in HR or relevant field
• At least 4 years of experience in HR field
• Able to work with sensitive/confidential information and maintain/protect integrity of the Human Resources department
• Ability to be independent, creative and accountable
