Senior Finance Planning & Analysis Executive

Assisting in the preparation and coordination of the annual budget and rolling forecast.
Gathering data, consolidating budget inputs from different departments.
Analyzing financial data to identify trends, variances, and performance metrics.
Prepare and review monthly/ quarterly/ annually management reports.
Assisting in the development and maintenance of financial dashboards.
Collaborate with BU Controller to drive financial compliance and support growth initiatives.
Assisting in the communication of financial insights and findings to relevant stakeholders.
Supporting the FP&A Manager in strategic initiatives and business cases.
Conducting ad- hoc financial analysis as requests.
Working conditions:
Workplace: 08 Phan Dinh Giot, Ward 2, Tan Binh dist., HCMC.
Working hour: 08:30 - 18:00
(Monday - Friday)
Experience: 6+ years in FP&A or a related field with delivering impactful insights and analysis. Candidates with ACCA/CPA / CMA are preferable.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial modeling, financial metrics and reports, and scenario modeling.
Analytical Acumen: Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and data analysis skills, with the ability to identify patterns and correlations within complex datasets.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Collaboration: Thrives in a collaborative environment, building strong relationships and effectively influencing internal stakeholders.
