Tuyển dụng Senior Executive, Tenant Experience (Commercial) tại Hồ Chí Minh

Responsibilities:
Receive & handle Tenant’s complaints/requests/feedbacks;
Manage Tenant Experience’s hotline and email;
Directly meet and survey on Tenants’ needs & requirements to ensure Tenant’s satisfaction;
Prepare Building’s advisory/guidelines, activities, engagement events for Tenants’ information.
Manage Building’s access cards;
Prepare paperworks, payments, service agreements;
Prepare reports (daily/weekly/monthly) to Management;
Support Building Management Department in daily Building site checks to ensure cleanliness and detect defects (if any);
Organize, implement events/wellbeing class for Tenants (survey, campaigns, activities);
Collaborate with other local businesses and organizations to offer Tenants’ exclusive opportunities and benefits;
Any other duties as assigned by Management from time to time.
Requirements:
Graduated from Hospitality & Tourism Management, Foreign Languages, Business Administration or a related field;
3-4 years of working experience in Customer Service;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
Excellent communication and presentation skills;
Excellent organizational skills;
Professional attitude and appearance;
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise;
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively;
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters;
Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Representative, or similar role.
