- ERP Planning & Requirements: Work with business departments to collect and analyze requirements, review current processes, identify gaps, and prepare ERP requirements and implementation scope.
- Solution Evaluation & Selection: Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and business departments to evaluate ERP solutions, modules, implementation approach, timeline, and suitability.
- Implementation & Testing: Participate directly in ERP implementation, business process analysis, solution validation, configuration, data migration, testing, UAT, and issue resolution.
- System Integration: Coordinate ERP integration with PMS, e-Office, FBO, Data Platform, and other systems.
- Go-Live & Operation: Coordinate go-live, user readiness, deployment, stabilization, and provide functional support during ERP operation.
- ERP Lifecycle & Continuous Improvement: Coordinate stakeholders throughout the ERP lifecycle, manage vendors and consultants, monitor system performance and user needs, and propose process and system improvements.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain requirements, process documents, test results, issue logs, and management reports.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Strong understanding of ERP systems and enterprise business processes.
- Experience with ERP implementation, configuration, enhancement, testing, and operation.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into ERP functional requirements.
- Understanding of Finance, Accounting, Procurement, Materials Management, Supply Chain, Project Management, or related ERP modules.
- Understanding of ERP integration, APIs, data migration, and master data management.
- Experience in UAT, go-live, post-go-live support, and issue resolution.
- Understanding of ERP security, access control, segregation of duties, and audit trails.
- Good analytical, communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
- Open-minded and willing to learn new technologies and business processes.
