Senior Employee Relation Specialist

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of HR experience in similar roles, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Knowledge:
Strong understanding of Employee engagement activities.
Knowledge of Labor Law, disciplinary action & reporting.
Familiarity with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Ppt).
Functional Skills:
Organization & Project Management.
Strong Communication & Relations.
Experience in cost control.
Problem-solving mindset.
Other Abilities:
Ability to manage multiple projects.
Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
Good presentation skills; experience in delivering presentations is a plus.
