- Design, implement, and operate enterprise Data Governance initiatives.

- Build and manage Data Quality frameworks and monitoring processes.

- Implement and maintain Data Security and Access Control mechanisms.

- Develop and operate Metadata Management, Data Catalog, and Data Lineage capabilities.

- Collaborate with Data Engineers, Data Analysts, Business Units, and Information Security teams to establish governance standards.

- Evaluate, implement, and operate enterprise Data Governance tools.

Your Skills and Experience

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Data Governance, Data Quality, Metadata Management, or Data Security.
• Practical implementation experience with one or more of the following tools:
  • Apache Ranger
  • OpenMetadata
  • Apache Atlas
  • DataHub
  • Great Expectations
  • Collibra
  • Microsoft Purview
  • Informatica Data Quality (or similar)
• Strong experience in:
  • Data Quality Management
  • Metadata Management
  • Data Catalog & Data Lineage
  • Data Access Management
  • Data Classification
  • Sensitive Data Protection
• Experience working with modern data platforms such as Trino, Hive, Iceberg, Spark, Kafka, StarRocks, or similar technologies is a strong advantage.

Nice to have

• Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Securities, or Fintech.
• Knowledge of DAMA-DMBOK, DCAM, or other Data Governance frameworks.
• Experience implementing enterprise-scale Data Governance solutions.
