About this role

• We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst whose greatest strengths are deep 
• business understanding, excellent communication and critical thinking. When a client says "I want X", you are the one who digs out the root problem behind it and walks them from "what they want" to "what they actually need".
• You will be the bridge between clients, the project team in the Philippines and the technical team in Vietnam: eliciting and standardising requirements, designing solutions on Odoo ERP (and AI components), then guiding both teams to deliver. This is a client-facing role — English is used every day.

What you will do

• Lead current-state discovery, stakeholder interviews, root-problem identification and solution scoping.
• Model As-is/To-be processes: BPMN, use cases, user stories, user journeys, wireframes.
• Prepare and govern BRDs, SRSs, functional specs, acceptance criteria and backlogs; keep requirements traceable end-to-end.
• Run fit-gap on Odoo (CRM, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR…) — standard configuration before customisation.
• Analyse data for decisions using SQL/advanced Excel/BI tools; operate under Agile/Scrum or Waterfall as the project requires.
• Plan UAT, coordinate acceptance, and manage change at go-live (including user resistance).
• Facilitate cross-team meetings (client – Vietnam – Philippines); mentor junior BAs/interns.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI (agents, RAG, chatbots) to client and company processes.

Your Skills and Experience

Must have:

• 3 - 5+ years as a BA, with at least 1 years on ERP projects (Odoo preferred) or enterprise software.
• Strong BA toolkit: use cases, user stories, wireframes, BPMN, BRD/SRS, process models.
• Development background is required — able to read code, understand database/API structure, and judge technical feasibility.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall; solid grasp of the ERP implementation lifecycle.
• Fluent English (spoken + written) — daily direct work with international clients and the Singapore/Philippines teams. This is non-negotiable.
• Critical thinking, meeting facilitation and comfort with ambiguous requirements; able to tell a concrete story of changing a client's decision.
• Ready to work AI-native: use AI as a daily collaborator (not just for "brainstorming").

Nice to have:

• Hands-on Odoo experience (functional/module configuration).
• SQL, advanced Excel or equivalent BI tools for data analysis.
• Change-management and operational-improvement consulting experience.
• Experience mentoring/leading BA teams; familiarity with AI agents, RAG, chatbots.
