Senior Buniness Development/ Sales Executive - Japanese speaking

Our client is a leading multinational electronics corporation renowned for its high-quality consumer electronics, home appliances, automotive systems, and industrial solutions looking for Senior Sales executive with the below tasks:
New Business Development
Find and pitch to potential clients (focusing mainly on the
Asia market).
Meet clients to understand their business needs and challenges.
Work with internal teams to build customized proposals and solutions.
Lead contract negotiations and close deals.
Account Growth & Expansion
Partner with Marketing to nurture and convert hot leads.
Spot and close upsell/cross-sell opportunities with existing clients.
Build long-term relationships to maximize account value.
3. Sales Optimization
Analyze lost deals to find root causes and areas for improvement.
Upgrade sales pitches, proposals, and client approaches.
Test new, data-driven sales strategies.
Team Collaboration
Planning Team:
Collaborate on proposal strategy and development.
Marketing Team:
Align on lead generation campaigns.
Delivery Team:
Ensure smooth project handover and client happiness.
Having university Degree
Minimum
3 years in B2B sales (experience in solution selling, consulting, Business Analysis, or SaaS is a plus).
Languages:
Japanese:
JLPT N1
(or BJT J1+) with strong 4-skill proficiency.
English: Good writing, reading, and speaking skills.
Strong ownership, value-oriented, results-driven, open communicator, and team player.
Previous living experience in Japan and availability for overseas business trips is a plus
