Senior BIM Engineer (Civil / Architectural)

Position Highlights

• Participate in the company’s global BIM delivery projects for rail transit and infrastructure.

• A key core role with the opportunity to be deeply involved in team building and standardization.

• Project types include metro, station, tunnel, bridge, railway, road, and other infrastructure works.

• Exposure to international project coordination, English meetings, and multidisciplinary BIM delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the creation, development, update, and maintenance of BIM models for the civil / architectural disciplines in rail transit and infrastructure projects.

• Independently complete Revit modeling, view setup, sheet extraction, and drawing production based on design drawings and project requirements.

• Participate in model breakdown, task allocation, implementation of delivery standards, and modeling quality control.

• Participate in model integration, issue checking, design change updates, and delivery review.

• Attend English meetings and technical discussions, and report modeling progress, technical issues, and revision status.

• Guide team members in completing modeling tasks and improve model quality and delivery efficiency.

• Support Navisworks coordination, basic QA/QC activities, and standardization work.

• Participate in Dynamo automation, template optimization, and family library improvement according to project needs.

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, Bridge Engineering, Underground Engineering, Rail Transit Engineering, or a related discipline.

• At least 3 years of relevant BIM / Revit working experience.

• Able to adapt to remote support for global projects and a multi-project collaborative environment.

• Proficient in Revit and capable of independently completing modeling, sheet extraction, drawing production, and model optimization.

• Good understanding of civil / architectural design, with the ability to read drawings and accurately translate them into model deliverables.

• Familiar with BIM modeling standards, naming conventions, view management, and delivery workflows.

• Familiar with basic Navisworks coordination and issue checking workflows.

• Able to attend meetings and conduct technical communication in English, and capable of reading and replying to emails in English.

• Experience in metro, station, tunnel, bridge, railway, road, or similar projects will be preferred.

• Experience with Dynamo, ACC / Autodesk Docs, Civil 3D, or Bentley will be preferred.
