- Design and develop LLM-powered applications, AI Agents, and AI automation workflows.
- Build RAG systems, prompt pipelines, tool calling, evaluation and AI orchestration.
- Integrate LLMs such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini into production products.
- Develop and optimize AI services using Python and modern AI/ML frameworks.
- Evaluate model quality, latency, cost, reliability and continuously improve AI performance.
- Work with Engineering and Product teams to turn business problems into scalable AI solutions.
- Establish best practices for AI evaluation, monitoring, safety and production deployment.
Yêu cầu công việc
- 2+ years of software/AI engineering experience, with strong hands-on development experience.
- Strong experience building and deploying LLM/GenAI applications in production.
- Solid knowledge of Python, APIs, databases and cloud infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience with RAG, vector databases, embeddings, prompt engineering, function/tool calling and AI Agents.
- Experience with at least one major LLM ecosystem: OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, etc.
- Strong problem-solving and system-design skills.
- Able to independently take an AI problem from idea → prototype → production.
