Senior Accountant

KW International (KWI) is a US-based provider of international logistics and destination services, with operations spanning Asia-Pacific and the United States. KWI is an Amazon SEND Official Partner, supporting cross-border freight and last-mile delivery on key trade lanes including Vietnam–USA and Korea–USA. The company works closely with global e-commerce platforms, carriers, warehouses, and service providers to deliver reliable, end-to-end supply chain solutions, and continues to expand its footprint and product offering across the APAC region as part of its long-term growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies, ensuring compliance with internal controls

• Communicate with HQ(U.S.A) regarding payment inquiries, providing timely and accurate information

• Process accounts payables, ensuring accurate, timely processing of vendor invoices and employee expense claims in compliance with financial policies and tax regulations

• Verify tax invoices and support the preparation of tax reports (VAT, FCT)

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field

• 5 - 7 years of experience in accounting or payment processing, preferably in a US-based company

• Proficiency in English (written and verbal) is required

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Familiarity with US accounting software and systems is a plus

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder, cross-time-zone environment.

Employment Terms & Benefits (Vietnam)

Working Hours & Days

• Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Vietnam Time).

• Saturdays: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (2 Saturdays per month; 3 Saturdays in months with 5 Saturdays).

Probation Period

• 2-month probation period, with 100% of salary paid as agreed in the employment contract.

• After the probation period, employees are covered by social insurance in accordance with Vietnamese labour regulations

Annual Leave

• 12 days of paid leave per year

Bonus

• Bonus is based on the Company’s business performance (13th month salary)
