- Serve as the main contact for assigned clients, ensuring clear, timely, and professional communication.
- Collaborate with Planner and Creative teams to develop quality proposals that meet deadlines and brand direction.
- Manage project execution to ensure progress, budget, and quality are on track; handle changes effectively.
- Coordinate with Production and partners for order tracking, service delivery, and onsite setup to ensure client satisfaction.
- Oversee contracts and documentation with the admin team to ensure smooth operations and financial processes.
- Address client feedback and issues promptly and responsibly, offering effective solutions.
- Report project progress and client status regularly to the Account Manager.
- Supervise onsite (including travel when required) to ensure events run as planned.
- Contribute to process improvement and service enhancement initiatives.
