JOB DESCRIPTION
Account & Client Management
• Take full ownership of campaign execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables
meet agreed standards and client expectations.
• Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams (Creative, Media,
Planning, Production).
• Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term client relationships based on trust and
performance.
• Understand client business objectives and provide strategic communication and
marketing recommendations.

Campaign Execution & Performance
• Coordinate internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and prepare reports with actionable
insights for optimization.
• Proactively identify risks, manage challenges, and resolve issues efficiently.
Growth & Leadership
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing client accounts.
• Mentor and support junior team members (Account Coordinators and Account Support),
contributing to team development and efficiency.

• Contribute ideas and strategic input to improve campaign effectiveness and client
satisfaction.

Experience & Background
• 2–3 years of experience in account management, preferably in advertising, digital, or
creative agencies.
• Proven experience leading at least 2–3 full-scale campaigns from planning to execution.
• Experience working across multiple industries is an advantage.

Skills & Competencies
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing and social media campaign execution.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-pressure
environment.
• Strategic mindset with excellent client relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required.
