-       Lead the design, development and testing of complex ABAP programs and modules

-       Mentor and guide junior ABAP developers

-       Analyze functional specifications and design technical solutions

-       Develop interfaces between SAP and non-SAP applications

-       Develop reports, conversions, enhancements and extensions for SAP modules

-       Perform system analysis, issue resolution and continuous optimizations

-       Ensure code quality, performance, scalability and security standards are met

-       Collaborate with business teams on application requirements

-       Provide technical support and second level problem solving

-       Deliver end user and technical training when required

Yêu cầu ứng viên

-       Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

-       Minimum 5 years of experience in ABAP development

-       Expert knowledge of ABAP, OO programming, design patterns and best practices

-       Experience with ABAP OO, Web Dynpro, Enhancement Framework

-       Familiar with SAP Business Technology Platform

-       Proven track record of leading complex development projects

-       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

-       Excellent communication and documentation skills

-       Passion for writing modular, optimized and expandable code

-       Experience mentoring and guiding junior developers

-       Sufficient English communication
