Security Supervisor

At Securitas Long Hai you will be responsible for supervising daily security operations at client site, ensuring safety for people, assets, and property. Coordinate with Branch Manager to maintain service quality, respond to incidents, train security staff, and uphold compliance with company policies and Vietnam laws on security, safety, and fire prevention.
1. Security Team Leadership
Lead, assign duty roster, and supervise the on-site security team.
Provide coaching and on-the-job training on customer service, CCTV monitoring, access control, fire safety and other operational procedures.
Conduct performance evaluation and propose reward or disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies and labor law regulations.
Develop team capability to meet client requirements.
2. Compliance & Security Standards
Disseminate and train employees on security regulations, SOPs, and service standards.
Ensure compliance with legal requirements related to security services, fire prevention and safety standards.
Coordinate incident reporting to Branch Manager, HR, and Client as required.
Participate and support training sessions on fire prevention, first aid, and emergency procedures.
3. People Safety & Emergency Response
Monitor safety systems including fire protection equipment, exits, access controls, CCTV, alarm systems.
Timely respond and report incidents such as fire, technical alarms, medical emergency or natural hazards.
Assist in resolution of customer concerns to protect company reputation.
4. Asset & Property Protection
Supervise import/export checks, access control, and anti-theft procedures.
Ensure protection of client assets and prevent equipment or inventory loss.
Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve security issues at site.
5. Coordination & Reporting
Prepare and execute emergency response plans and incident handling procedures.
Advise client on security risk mitigation solutions and coordinate resolution measures as per protocols.
Submit required reports: routine, incident reports, and ad-hoc reports.
Attend meetings with client management as scheduled or upon request.
Coordinate with local authorities when assigned to resolve relevant security matters.
6. Other Duties
Perform tasks assigned by Branch Manager in line with company standards and legal regulations.
Qualification
College/University or higher degree in Security, Business Administration, or any other similar subjects.

- English fluent (IELTS 5.0 above)

Experience
- 1-3 years’ experience as a Security Supervisor or a similar role.
- Experience in working at Building, Office, Shopping malls, Factories, Warehouses or Hospitality properties is a plus.
